1. Are there many scrapbook or craft stores nearby?
“Scrapbook Memories” is in Chelsea, about 35 minutes from the house. They are one of the largest scrapbook stores in the Midwest. Country Stitches is one of the largest quilting stores in the nation. Their outlet is located in Jackson. Bead Culture is a wonderful bead store downtown. Jackson also has a JoAnn and Michaels craft stores.

2. Should I carpool with someone?
We have plenty of parking space, but it certainly is fun traveling with your girlfriends.

3. I'm a night owl, how long can I stay up working?
You are welcome to stay up as late as you would like. We know that is when some of the best pages get done!

4. Do I have to share a bed with someone?
Each person will have their own twin bed in one of our 5 guest rooms.

5. Do I have to come with a group?
No, you can come alone or with a group. You will be sure to leave with new friends!

6. I don’t scrapbook or have a craft, can I still come?
Yes! We have many women that come with friends that don’t have a craft. There is a lot to do in Jackson but most just hang out and relax, take a walk or read a book. The Tree House is the perfect place to get away and rejuvenate.

7. Do you live at the Tree House?

No, we purchased the Tree House just for hosting a craft retreat. When we first saw the house, we knew it was the perfect place for getaways! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

8. Are any craft classes offered during the weekend?

We don’t have any scheduled classes but can arrange many different types of classes through the local craft stores. Please let us know if you are interested.
