• Acadia Treehouse cleaning fee $150

• Bar Harbor Cabin with Treehouse Suite cleaning fee $200

• $1,000 damage deposit

• 50% of Total Stay due at initial payment.

• Remaining 50% Balance due 30 days prior to checking in date

Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled 30 days before booking date

• If cancelled within 30 days NO REFUND
